Return Policy

At Phillipa Imani Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, with the exception of products that are damaged in transit to the customer.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving the order to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the damaged item(s).

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the merchandise to confirm the damage and, if confirmed, we will process a replacement order for you at no additional cost.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
